Presidential aspirant Jimi Wanjige clears rumours over UDA-NDC surprise appearance

Presidential Aspirant Jimi Wanjigi yesterday cleared the ongoing narratives concerning his surprise appearance at the UDA NDC on the 15th March 2022.

“For the past 60 years, at every Presidential ballot, there have been two families so I will join with every like-minded person that does not a want to See those two families extend another 60 years of their participation.” Said the presidential aspirant.

While speaking to KBC’s John Kioria, Jimi Wanjigi confirmed his presidential bid which aims to free the Kenyan citizen from the internal colonization they face in the country. Jimi expressed his disappointment Jubilee government which has plunged its citizens into massive debt and policies that push us back massive debt and policies that push to the analog era we were ready to leave behind.

“Today, we have 75% of our revenue coming from KRA going to debt payment. We are going to place where 100 % of our revenue will be going to debt payment.” He exclaimed.         

Mr. Wanjigi also commented on the alarming poverty rates comparing the 38% level of poverty left by the former president Mwai kibaki in 2012 to the current 53% level left behind by the Current Jubilee government.

“Majority of our people don’t have 200 shillings to fed themselves, with the rising cost of living.”

Jimi warned Kenyans on the dictatorship are around the Kenyan political scene and called on the citizens to show their courage and determination to fight for what is right. He promised to liberate the people economically and offer financial independence.

The aspirant called this tense the ‘iwika’ moment, a tense break from one generation to another, and showed confidence in his freshness and insurgent spirit describing himself as the warrior that will break and free us from the shackles plagued to us by a form of colonial governance.

“This good country of ours has been plagued by a form of governance, since the colonial years, where the government is the king and mwananchi is the servant. This is a time to change that.” Said Mr. Wanjigi.

As a business man, Jimi Wanjigi said his happiness is he equal distribution of resources and empowerment of the society as compared to other leaders who view this as a threat. He views this opportunity as a favor by God to build people and change the narrative towards a positive future for the nation.
“This is truly an ‘itwika’ moment, seize it because it will define the next 30 years of our lives.” He concluded.
