County Assembly Forum
There shall be a County Assembly Forum in each County.Party members elected or nominated to the County as Members of the County Assembly on the Party‟s ticket
Party Branches and Organisation
NEC shall set and create such County, Constituency and/or Local Party Branches as it shall deem necessary for the smooth operation of the Party.

Party Membership And Nomination
The Party is mass movement and shall be open to all Kenyans who have attained
the age of eighteen (18) years and above, irrespective of their gender, religion,
ethnicity, disability, race, class or social status. The National Executive Council
of the Party (hereinafter referred to as “NEC”) may approve other classes of
membership if and when required to do so.
