NOTICE OF A SPECIAL NATIONAL DELEGATES CONFERENCE (NDC)

Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 7.1(b) of Safina Party Constitution, notice is hereby given for a Special National Delegates Conference to be held on the 18th September 2025 from 8:00am at the Ngong’ Racecourse, Water front.

1. Amendments to the Party Constitution and ratification of the decisions made by the National Executive Council (NEC)
